When you focus on blessings, you will receive more blessings. 

When you focus on problems, you will receive more problems. 

What you appreciate, appreciates. 

A grateful heart is a happy heart.

Gratitude Mantra:

“Today, my attitude will be filled with gratitude for the many blessings in my life. 

My grateful attitude and passion is a magnet for only the best people and opportunities 

I am happy to be alive and feel blessed.”

Task:

Quietly and repeatedly say to yourself “I’m blessed during the course of the day” 

Notice how your energy changes after a week

Why being grateful is important?

To have an attitude of gratitude is to be extremely grateful for anything. 

Your life circumstance is a blessing. 

It is also important to be grateful for your challenges or problems. 

When you look for the lesson, you will find the blessing. 

What you appreciate, appreciates and grows.

Gratitude shifts your mindset, from one of lack to one of abundance. 

Gratitude also allows you to focus on things you want rather than those you don’t want.

How to develop an attitude of gratitude?

Start with a gratitude journal. 

Every morning begin by writing 5 – 10 things that are grateful for. 

Describe in detail why you are grateful for these things. 

Immerse yourself in the feeling , honour the emotions and feel it even more. 

Evoking the feeling as you remember the feelings and emotions.

Appreciate Everything

Learning to appreciate all that you have. 

Being grateful to wake up every morning. 

Being grateful for the meal you are about to have. 

Being grateful for your home, car, family, and relationships. 

It is also important to be grateful for your challenges or problems.
