Introduction

A morning routine sets the tone for the rest of your day. Investing time for yourself in the morning is good for your mind, body and soul.

Why is it so important?

The first things you do in the morning impacts your mindset for the rest of the day. Ways to create a powerful morning routine:

1. Set aside 30 minutes to an hour just for you.

2. Avoid using your phone for the first hour after you wake up.

3. Exercise for a minimum of 20 min. This can be at the gym, a morning walk or even following a exercise video.

4. Practise gratitude . Write down or say 10 things you are grateful for

 Morning Mantras

– I am good enough

– I am worthy

– I am deserving

– I can do anything, be anything and achieve anything.

Task 1:

Every morning, write down 10 things you are grateful for.

Eg. I am so grateful and thankful for my job as I get to help people live better lives.

Task 2:

Set your intentions for the day.

Task 3:

Do a short meditation/ visualisation.
